COO: Scale a High-Growth Pet Nutrition Brand

Golden Child, a Miami-based pet nutrition startup, seeks a COO to build and scale the operating engine from sourcing to delivery. You will own supplier networks, cost structure, and the organizational systems needed to scale from early-stage to national omnichannel success.
This highly hands-on role requires negotiating with suppliers, solving production challenges, and shaping unit economics while reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
