Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will primarily consist of pre-screened, stable individuals with low acuity needs. This allows you to concentrate on providing effective therapy without high-stress emergencies, leading to more meaningful and sustained therapeutic relationships. You will cater to a diverse demographic, offering an array of services tailored to clients' unique contexts and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A master’s degree or higher in a relevant mental health field, such as Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• An active and clean licensure from the state of Tennessee as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, demonstrating a commitment to ethical practice.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling, showcasing strong case management skills and effective communication.
