In this full-time co-op role, you will support the Marketing team with digital marketing, content creation, and event coordination while helping drive brand awareness and lead generation. If you're looking to gain hands-on marketing experience in a collaborative technology environment, we'd love to hear from you.What will you be doing?* Event supportoAd-hoc event-related support which could include tradeshow participation (registration, signage design, ordering and managing booth logistics like A/V and internet) as well as conference planning and execution (registration, graphic design, managing speakers and their deliverables, sourcing new ideas and pricing for event-related giveaways, venue research for regional events, keynote speaker research, managing shipping arrangements, coordinating accommodations for staff, sourcing staff uniforms, etc.)* Website supporto Input/upload content* Video and photography supporto Record video footage and handle photography at eventso Edit raw video footage in Adobe Premier Pro from raw content to create short soundbites and long-form videoso Edit photos in Adobe Photo Shop* Social media and pay-per-click advertising supporto Write LinkedIn and Twitter posts based on company guidelineso Edit photos and/or create graphics/videos for social posts and PPC ads* Content formatting, graphic creation, and on-demand webinar creationo Format brochures and case studies in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPointo Update screenshots in brochures, case studies, website, etc.o Create graphics and icons in Canva and Adobe Illustratoro Format videos as on-demand webinars in webinar platform* Researcho Competitor and market research for sales enablemento Research trademark and copyright information* Database and network clean-upo Organize content, determine current working files, delete duplicates and outdated drafts on network* Other duties as assignedWhat are we looking for?* Must be enrolled in a University marketing program or related field* Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal* Strong organization skills with attention to detail* Comfort learning and working with new systems (training will be provided)* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with Wordpress and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere. Familiarity with marketing automation systems and CRM would also be helpful.This is a 4-month co-op position reporting to the Vice President of Marketing.
