Customer Service Account Representative
Los Angeles, CA 90045
$23/hour
Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Contract-to-Hire
Join a leading beauty and cosmetics company supporting franchise studios and online customers nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with orders, inventory, pricing, promotions, and account inquiries
- Resolve order, shipping, return, and product availability issues
- Track shipments and provide customer updates
- Maintain accurate account records and CRM documentation
- Work across multiple systems and collaborate with internal teams
- Deliver professional, solution-focused customer service
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service or order processing experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with CRM, ERP, ecommerce, or POS systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and systems simultaneously
- Positive, professional, and adaptable
- Experience supporting retail, franchise, ecommerce, or order management operations preferred.
