Receptionist Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $15.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:30pm )
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors.
- Answer and direct phone calls and messages.
- Maintain sign-in sheets and visitor records.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support.
- Communicate with supervisors and employees as needed.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional.
- Follow company policies and workplace safety procedures.
Receptionist Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
- Professional and friendly communication skills.
- Basic computer and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
