Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' emotional, behavioral, and psychological needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs of clients and their families.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, and EMDR to facilitate effective therapy sessions.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Offer telehealth sessions while ensuring a secure, confidential environment for clients.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client care, share insights, and collaborate on best practices.

• Provide ongoing support to families and individuals through crisis intervention and psychoeducation.

• Uphold the ethical standards and legal requirements pertinent to the mental health profession.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ability to provide bilingual services in both Spanish and English is highly valued, as it enhances our reach within the community.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted LMFT license is required to practice therapy effectively.

• Demonstrated proficiency in providing bilingual services in English and Spanish.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a mental health setting with children, adults, and families.

• Respect for cultural nuances and the ability to respond to individualized client needs.

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) software, Microsoft Office, and related technology.
\n
• A valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance.
\n
• Availability to work at least two evenings per week and one weekend day.

• Specialization in areas such as Trauma, LGBTQ+, Grief & Loss, or Perinatal Mental Health.

• Experience in short-term therapy approaches, both individual and group therapy.

• Familiarity with current mental health trends and therapeutic advancements.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with potential additional bonuses.
