I came across your profile, and something stood out.Position: Project Manager Project Duration: 12 months, with extension Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73102Responsibilities:Manage medium to extra-large complexity projects through full project life cycle activities utilizing appropriate methodologies and tools, planning and communication, and acquire, develop, and manage the project team.Perform all standard project management deliverables including scope and objectives, change management, risk mitigation, budgeting, stakeholder communication, project and vendor engagement, subject matter expert utilization, implementation, and project closure.Develop and manage project status reports for communicating with project stakeholders and reporting key metrics for the PMO dashboard.Implement change management practices in accordance with agency and PMO guidance.Forecast, manage, and acquire (as necessary) resources needed to achieve project objectives.Ensure project activities and deliverables adhere to federal, state, or agency documented guidelines.Facilitate and manage contract processes from initiation to closure.Routinely perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and offer recommendations for successful project outcomes.Demonstrate dynamic ability to lead group facilitation activities for the agency especially in areas requiring interaction of an independent party.Requirements:Experience with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies.Strong familiarity with and/or the ability to use MS Project.Understanding and experience with the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide and Standards.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and multi-tasking capabilities.Well-organized and detail oriented.Work Arrangement:40 hours per weekMonday-FridayWork hours generally between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PMMinimum 3 days onsite per weekAdditional onsite days may be required depending on project needsOvertime will not be approvedInterview Process: 1 round interview over Teams or in person with most qualified candidates.
