Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments for children, utilizing tools and methodologies consistent with best practices in early childhood development.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring strategies to meet the specific needs of each child and their family.

• Monitor and evaluate child progress within the context of their IFSP, adjusting recommendations and interventions as necessary for effective outcomes.
\n
• Build trusting relationships with children and families to create a supportive environment that enhances learning and developmental growth.
\n
• Provide guidance and resources to families on enhancing their child's development, utilizing evidence-based practices and natural learning environments.
\n
• Document all interactions, assessments, and IFSP progress accurately in compliance with Federal and State regulations and company policy.
\n
• Engage in regular team collaboration to share insights and strategies that inform best practices and improve service delivery.
\n
• Commit to the health and safety standards that ensure the well-being of all staff and clients served.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on infants and toddlers who exhibit disabilities or developmental delays. As an LCSW, you will work closely with families to navigate early intervention services, providing both emotional support and practical solutions that contribute to each child's development from birth to three years of age. Your role is vital in helping families understand and access the resources available to them, fostering a network of support that contributes to the child's overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license to facilitate travel to in-person meetings, as required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
