We believe a positive, enjoyable workplace and professional accountability should exist together.What You'll Do:Provide comprehensive adult and pediatric preventive care.Perform scaling and root planing and periodontal-maintenance therapy.Use periodontal laser therapy when clinically indicated.Administer local anesthetic for periodontal treatment and assist the doctor with anesthetic when needed.Complete thorough periodontal charting, radiographs, risk assessments, and clinical documentation.Identify changes in periodontal health and communicate findings clearly to patients and doctors.Educate patients about periodontal disease, home care, risk factors, and appropriate recare intervals.Help patients understand the "why" behind recommended care without pressure or judgment.Provide clear, direct clinical handoffs that support continuity of care.Follow sterilization, infection-control, and clinical-safety protocols.Arrive prepared for morning huddles and contribute positively to team meetings.Take personal responsibility for following through on patient and team needs.What We're Looking For:Active Colorado dental hygiene license.Current laser certification is required.
