Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to professionals delivering behavioral health interventions, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational policies.

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, allowing for targeted therapeutic interventions.

• Research, refer, and advocate for community resources—such as financial assistance, health care services, and childcare—to facilitate client well-being and improve access to necessary supports.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations, including instances of child abuse and mental health emergencies, utilizing strong assessment and intervention skills.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and evaluations, ensuring continuity of care and making adjustments to treatment plans as required.

• Identify and engage with individuals and communities that are in need of psychological support, maintaining a proactive approach to outreach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program is required.

• Active California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
