Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on patients with complex medical and psychological needs. You will work with individuals facing challenges such as chronic pain syndromes, autoimmune disorders, as well as those struggling with substance abuse. A key aspect of your role will be to address the multifaceted needs of these patients, developing rapport, trust, and effective therapeutic alliances that encourage their active participation in their treatment process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• Demonstrated proficiency in treating the mental health needs of patients with concurrent medical conditions.

• Experience in delivering integrated care and working collaboratively with medical professionals across disciplines.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate positive patient interactions.
