DescriptionHiring Full-Time Apartment Leasing Consultant *Experience in multifamily property management is preferred. As a Monarch Leasing Consultant, you are the first person and smile a prospect or resident meets when they come home. We would love to add someone to our team who has a fun and friendly personality and sales/leasing experience!PAY: $16-18 an hour plus commission up to $100 per move-in with no cap-Make as much commission as possible!SCHEDULE: Weekdays are 8-5 with a Saturday rotationWORK LOCATION: Baton RougeAt Monarch, it's all about people.
