The position offers a full-time, remote work setting, allowing for some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Our typical office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to accurately evaluate each patient's unique experiences and needs, forming the basis for effective treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the individual, considering their cultural contexts, personal beliefs, and backgrounds to foster genuine connections and trust.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing diverse mental health concerns, enhancing resilience, and promoting overall well-being.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and streamline care, ensuring patients receive comprehensive support across their treatment journey.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, utilizing strong assessment skills and empathetic communication to guide clients through distressing situations.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them with knowledge to better navigate their mental health journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring that all information is securely managed and ethically handled.

• Participate actively in case conferences and team meetings, sharing insights and strategies, and engage in continuing education and cultural competency training to enhance professional growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Holds a current and valid license in the state as either an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
\n
• Deep understanding of various mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and a strong commitment to cultural competence in the therapeutic process.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy utilizing culturally responsive techniques and approaches.
\n
• Expertise in crisis intervention strategies, paired with the capacity to maintain a calm and collected demeanor during critical situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and adaptability to technology-related tasks.

• Ability to engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
