This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still being a vital part of our outpatient office network in Pasco, Washington. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and relationship dynamics to formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Engage in therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy, to address clients' concerns.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes and treatment progress in our electronic medical record system, ensuring adherence to both legal and ethical standards.

• Act as a first responder to clients’ immediate concerns or crises, providing effective interventions to ensure their safety and emotional well-being.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists as necessary to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment, including regular consultations with physicians regarding patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse outpatient population, including individuals and families experiencing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our clients come from various backgrounds and demographics, and your ability to engage with them empathetically and effectively will be crucial in facilitating their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a similar credential.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience in an outpatient setting, providing therapy services to individuals and families.

• Well-versed in using technology for clinical documentation, including proficiency in electronic medical records and MS Office suite.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism in remote settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
