Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate the emotional and behavioral needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based interventions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and case notes in accordance with organizational policies and electronic health records best practices.

• Collaborate seamlessly with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other medical professionals, to optimize treatment plans and discharge processes for clients.

• Provide therapeutic support, including individual, couples, and family therapy, with a focus on delivering strategies to address issues such as relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Engage with family members or support systems to facilitate effective treatment planning and ensure continuity of care during and after therapy.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, utilizing established protocols to ensure their safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
