Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized video counseling sessions to assess and address your clients' mental health needs.

• Facilitate discussions that help clients explore their emotions, experiences, and relationships, promoting self-awareness and personal growth.

• Actively advocate for clients, assisting them in defining and achieving their personal mental health goals.

• Utilize your clinical expertise to develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in ongoing supervision and collaboration with colleagues to ensure optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with adults who present with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Your focus will be on providing low-acuity services that help these individuals build coping strategies and resilience. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.

• An active independent license in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate telehealth platforms and other digital tools.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a clinical mental health setting, particularly with low-acuity populations.

• Proficiency in using teletherapy modalities and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 – $100,000 per year, depending on your experience and hours worked. In addition to your salary, we provide a monthly healthcare stipend to support your medical needs.
