Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, documenting progress in a thorough and timely manner.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Lead psychoeducational consumer groups focused on perinatal mental health, promoting awareness and providing resources to clients.

• Maintain meticulous records of treatment notes, discharge summaries, and any significant incidents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Special emphasis is placed on clients seeking support related to perinatal mental health, which requires sensitivity, understanding, and specialized knowledge in this area.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.
\n
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a telehealth setting is a plus, along with familiarity in managing diverse caseloads. Candidates with previous experience working with perinatal mental health issues or those related to family dynamics will be given priority consideration.
