Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve primarily include individuals and families grappling with substance abuse issues alongside mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Understanding their unique experiences is core to achieving positive treatment outcomes. By focusing on the relational and interpersonal dynamics, you will aid in the reconstruction of healthier relationships and coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a leadership role within an outpatient behavioral health setting.

• Possession of a current, active, and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
