Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with patients through individualized counseling sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical records, including regular progress notes that align with legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to discuss patients' progress, treatment plans, and any arising concerns.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans that incorporate patient feedback.

• Provide crisis intervention, including immediate assessment and treatment for clients experiencing acute emotional distress.

• Facilitate family involvement in the treatment process to ensure holistic support for the patient.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Bradford Counseling Services, you will primarily serve a diverse population of clients facing a variety of psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW), Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent credential in the state of Washington.

• Minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient counseling setting.

• Proficient with electronic medical records and telehealth technology; familiarity with MS Office, including Word and Excel.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client caseloads effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
