Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to accurately identify psychological disorders, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, and ADHD.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and other necessary documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting realistic therapeutic goals that cater to their unique needs and circumstances.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to conduct psychotherapy sessions, both virtually and through telehealth options, structured to foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

• Regularly measure the effectiveness of interventions and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring responsiveness to client progress and feedback.

• Research and stay informed about advancements in mental health therapy, integrating new insights into practice to provide the best care possible.

• Act as a resource for clients by connecting them with community services and support mechanisms to help them achieve their personal goals.

• Provide a high level of interpersonal support, ensuring open communication and developing strong therapeutic relationships with clients to enhance their engagement and outcomes.

As a mental health counselor, you will work with a wide variety of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing an array of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
