Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals through telecommunication tools, ensuring a thorough understanding of their mental health status.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, adjusting strategies as necessary based on client progress and feedback.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions focusing on a range of mental health issues, including relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and life transitions, using modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.

• Engage in collaborative case management with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, psychologists, and case managers, optimizing care plans and resources for clients.

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation, meeting stringent ethical and legal standards, and using electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Participate actively in supervision sessions, team meetings, and continuous professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and remain current with mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health counselor at Inspiration Point Counseling Inc., you will work with a diverse clientele that spans various ages, ethnicities, and socio-economic backgrounds. Your expertise will enable you to effectively address the unique needs of individuals facing mental health issues, including children, adolescents, adults, and families seeking support in challenging times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure in the state of Washington as a LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.

• Minimum of 3-4 years of clinical experience providing therapy in a mental or behavioral health setting, demonstrating your capacity to manage complex cases.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inspiration Point Counseling Inc. offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, reflecting your experience and dedication to mental health advocacy.
