The Human Resources Director serves as a key member of the City of Sun Prairie's executive leadership team, providing strategic direction and leadership for the City's comprehensive human resources function. Reporting to the City Attorney and working closely with the City Administrator, this position plays a central role in building and sustaining a high-performing workforce while fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaged organizational culture.
