This role is 100% remote, providing you the flexibility to create a work schedule that suits your lifestyle, with core working hours anticipated from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and specific needs, forming the foundation for effective treatment plans.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique concerns and goals, ensuring a strategic approach to their mental health journey.

• Deliver therapeutic services utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in addition to individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Regularly monitor client progress, meticulously documenting therapy sessions and updating treatment plans as necessary to reflect changing needs and progress.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with medical professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care providers, to offer holistic care to clients.

• Advocate passionately for clients’ rights and access to mental health resources, empowering them to navigate their recovery journeys.

• Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards per state regulations and professional guidelines, ensuring that trust is at the forefront of client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse client population experiencing various mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, grief, and relationship issues. Your essential role will involve building strong, therapeutic alliances with clients from various backgrounds and demographics, fostering an atmosphere of trust and openness where individuals can explore their deepest emotions and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively engaging with clients and the internal team.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience, particularly focusing on mood disorders, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
