Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid, state-issued license as a mental health counselor, independent of supervision. Candidates must possess one of the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Psychologist (PsyD)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No provisional or limited licenses allowed; candidates must demonstrate no prior disciplinary actions.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a sympathetic demeanor, coupled with experience in electronic health records or other digital platforms.

• Access to a computer equipped with webcam and audio for virtual sessions, along with a reliable internet connection.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation between USD 90,000 – 104,000, commensurate with experience.
