Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve engaging with clients grappling with a spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to establish and nurture a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Strong empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client experiences.

Compensation and Benefits\n
