Recruiting Coordinator Location: Columbia, MD Pay: $62,000 - $72,000 annually, based on experience Are you an organized, detail-oriented recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support a high-volume talent acquisition team by managing the hiring process from job requisition through onboarding. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, recruiting, and coordination skills who can manage multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the full recruitment process from approved requisitions through pre-employment activities and onboarding Post jobs, review resumes, schedule interviews, and track candidate progress Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely movement through the hiring process Prepare offer letters and coordinate approvals and hiring documentation Manage background checks, drug screenings, and pre-employment requirements Maintain accurate applicant records and recruiting reports Respond to candidate, employee, and hiring manager inquiries Support recruiting compliance and applicant tracking activities Collaborate with staffing agencies and internal stakeholders as needed Qualifications 3+ years of Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition, or HR experience Experience supporting high-volume hiring and multiple open requisitions Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms preferred Government contracting experience preferred UKG experience is a plus Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Program Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Join a growing team where your recruiting coordination expertise will help attract top talent, streamline hiring processes, and support organizational success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
