Responsibilities Own the general ledger, financial close, and reporting activities Manage treasury and banking relationships, bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting Lead the AP team including workload, performance management, and development Ensure accuracy in inventory, cost of goods sold, and manufacturing accounting Maintain internal controls Partner with operations, supply chain, and FP&A on business performance and planning Drive process improvement projects (ie reduce manual processes, improve close efficiency, leverage systems, etc.) Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred 5+ years of accounting experience; ideally with 1+ in a supervisory role Experience in Manufacturing industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
