Take on a hands-on leadership role with both people management and project ownership. What You'll Be Doing Oversee daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations. Lead, coach, and develop a team of accounting professionals. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional service and communication. Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and workflow enhancements. Support compliance, vendor payments, customer receivables, and operational accounting activities. Contribute accounting expertise and General Ledger knowledge to organizational initiatives. What We're Looking For Experience leading AP and/or AR teams. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. Previous people-management experience with multiple direct reports. Solid General Ledger and accounting fundamentals. Project management experience, ideally involving automation, systems implementations, or process improvements. Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
