Accounting Manager

Pay or shift range: $80,000 USD to $100,000 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. Description Position Summary: The Accounting Manager oversees the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Special Billings, and Compliance functions, leading a team of 10+ direct reports. This role is a key part of the finance team and reports directly to the Controller. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Special Billings functions Hire, train, and develop accounting staff; conduct performance reviews for direct reports Monitor and manage AR and AP KPIs Lead initiatives to improve AP/AR workflows and internal controls Prepare work papers for the year-end audit Manage local compliance requirements Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders Perform other duties and special projects as assigned Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or in Business with equivalent accounting experience 7+ years of experience; public accounting experience and CPA license preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP, with a preference for leasing/rental accounting experience Proven experience improving and evolving back-office processes and procedures Strong data analysis skills; comfortable working with large datasets Experience with Microsoft Business Central preferred Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel Construction industry experience a plus Demonstrated Conduct that is in Alignment with Our Core Values Financial Reporting and Forecasting Experience is a Plus Self-Driven Customer/Client Focus. This position is largely a sedentary role, requiring use of typical office equipment such as computers, printers, copiers, and scanners.
