Accounting Manager

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and adjustments Maintain and improve accounting processes and internal controls Support internal and external audit activities Analyze financial results and provide recommendations to leadership Partner with other departments to support budgeting and forecasting processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting a plus) Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP CPA or CPA-eligible preferred Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
