Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments to identify patient needs.
• Diagnose and treat both acute and chronic illnesses, managing follow-up care and treatment adjustments as necessary.
• Prescribe and monitor medications, developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Administer immunizations and vaccinations as part of preventive health measures.
• Provide patient education on health promotion strategies, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications to encourage healthier living.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and imaging studies, using the results to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
