Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse – Ohio

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Schedule: Night shift, 36 hours per week. Rotating schedule including weekdays, some weekends, and rotating holidays. 1:3 patient ratio with excellent interdisciplinary support.

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of progressive care, step-down, or similar acute care experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Epic charting experience required
• Proficiency in cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, ventilator care, central line management, titration of cardiac and insulin drips
• Experience with blood product administration, BiPAP/CPAP, chest tubes, HFNC, and tracheostomy care
• Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Two professional references required (at least one from a manager or supervisor)
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
• Willingness to float within the hospital system as needed

• Candidates currently living out of state but within driving distance of Ohio will need to travel to an Ohio fingerprinting location
• Former employees must have been away from the facility for 6 months or more to be eligible
• Current employees are not eligible for travel positions
