We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join a collaborative accounting team and play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor payments.ResponsibilitiesProcess, review, and post accounts payable transactions, including matching invoices to purchase orders.Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and service providers.Research and resolve invoice discrepancies by working with vendors and internal departments.Prepare weekly and monthly accounts payable reports.Monitor invoice submissions and follow up with vendors as needed.Maintain strong communication with Purchasing, Accounting, and other internal teams.Support daily accounts payable operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.Qualifications5 years of accounting experience.2 years of recent accounts payable experience.Experience with Sage 100 or NetSuite strongly preferred.Strong Excel skills.Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.What We're Looking ForSelf-starter who learns quickly and takes initiative.Organized, dependable, and highly accountable.Positive team player with a strong work ethic.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.Professional demeanor with the ability to remain composed under pressure.Motivated to grow and advance within an accounting career path.If you're a dedicated AP professional looking for an opportunity to contribute to a supportive team while expanding your accounting experience, we'd love to hear from you!By submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
