2+ years of experience in a QSR, fast-casual, or high-volume restaurant.
Experience managing diverse kitchen teams

Responsibilities:

Apply and enforce operational procedures to optimize efficiency, quality and a positive work environment
Conduct daily routines to verify quality, freshness, and readiness before every service Ensure recipes and quality is being upheld
