Executive Japanese Chef — Open-Kitchen Leader (Sushi)

In Tune Hospitality is hiring the entire BOH team to lead a brand new Japanese concept opening Fall 2026 in New York. The menu will be predominantly Japanese with sushi/sashimi; high standards with busy service require strong New York experience. Must have extensive experience with full/hot kitchen Japanese cuisine and sushi/sashimi and with restaurant openings. You will build and train a team, tailor the opening menu with ownership, run the kitchen on the line, and manage budgets, ordering, #J-18808-Ljbffr In Tune Hospitality
