Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and therapeutic interventions through telehealth platforms or in-person sessions as required.

• Coordinate with Centralized Intake and school site contacts to management intern case assignments and monitor their progress, providing guidance as needed.
\n
• Actively participate in the quality assurance process by auditing documentation and client records to comply with agency and funding regulations.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending mandatory program and agency meetings, as well as training sessions.
\n
• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately in the AWARDS electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all internal policies.
\n
• Provide clinical consultation to colleagues in both crisis and non-crisis situations, offering guidance and support to address complex client needs.
\n
• Promote a safe and welcoming environment by maintaining the neatness of the workspace and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
\n
• Oversee intern recruitment, including interviewing and onboarding, ensuring alignment with our agency’s mission and goals.
\n
• Organize and facilitate training sessions for interns, ensuring they meet the compliance requirements set forth by their universities and regulatory agencies.

• Participate in the performance evaluation of interns and support their professional growth through constructive feedback and recognition.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
