About the Role We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused sales representative to identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and generate revenue growth. This role is ideal for a natural connector who enjoys meeting new people, building trust, and creating opportunities. As a Strategic Partnerships Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping them understand how our solutions can improve their operations, increase efficiency, and support long-term growth. Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers. Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges, goals, and opportunities. Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through closed deals. Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within the CRM. Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. Attend networking events, industry conferences, and business functions when applicable. Generate new referral partnerships and strategic business relationships. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and activity targets. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or client relations preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and social selling. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset. Excellent organization and time-management abilities. Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools is a plus. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
