Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify psychosocial problems and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual patient needs.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, both individually and in groups, to support patients in resolving personal and environmental challenges.

• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to communicate patient backgrounds, psychosocial needs, and treatment strategies, enhancing care coordination.

• Document social work activities in patients' medical records, adhering to departmental standards, state regulations, and the NASW Code of Ethics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide care to a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges. This position focuses on enhancing the psychosocial functioning of individuals within the detox setting, ensuring that each treatment plan addresses their specific developmental and cultural needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program and a valid license from the State Board of Social Work Licensure, with LCSW as the minimum qualification.
