Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify barriers to treatment and create comprehensive treatment plans that effectively address diagnosed psychosocial issues.

• Develop individualized treatment strategies utilizing both individual and group therapy modalities, regularly analyzing treatment outcomes to enhance patient care.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of all social work interventions and patient interactions in accordance with departmental and legal standards.

• Provide education and resources to patients and families, fostering understanding and compliance with medical and psychosocial recommendations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus primarily on providing care to a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with mental health challenges stemming from acute and chronic physical illnesses. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A current, valid LCSW license issued by the State Board of Social Work Licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust compensation package, team members may qualify for a sign-on bonus.
