Administrative Assistant II

Job Title
Work Schedule: M-F 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a 30 minute lunch break. 245 work days plus 15 paid holidays.
Requirements / Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Valid CA Driver's License Bilingual in English/Spanish. College-level coursework and/or technical training in secretarial science and/or office administrative support. Three (3) years of increasingly responsible secretarial experience, involving frequent contact with the public.
