Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Deliver evidence-based therapy modalities, including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.
\n
• Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing various mental health challenges.
\n
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care that addresses both physical and mental health needs.

• Engage in regular professional development activities, including workshops and training in the latest mental health methodologies and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves a diverse patient population that includes individuals from various backgrounds, including families, couples, and groups facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Hold an active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Possess at least two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally in a clinical context.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in a clinical practice setting.
\n
• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software and related technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly preferred.

• Prior experience working within an interdisciplinary team framework is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
