_What You’ll Be Doing:_

* Building high-end custom homes and renovations alongside an experienced crew
* Performing framing, siding, interior trim, and detailed finishing work
* Reading and interpreting blueprints with accuracy
* Using hand and power tools with precision and care
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site
* Taking ownership of your projects and delivering top-quality results

_You’ll Thrive Here If You:_

* Bring *5+ years of carpentry experience* (framing, finishing, siding, etc.)
* Can lift up to 65 lbs and work at heights up to 35 feet
* Are confident in construction math (geometry, fractions, measurements)
* Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Can pass a background check and drug screening
* Show up with a positive attitude, ready to learn, lead, and deliver exceptional work

_Bonus Points For:_

* Supervising or mentoring other carpenters
* Comfort with tablets or digital tools for project tracking
* Ability to work independently as well as with a team
* Natural problem-solving skills and attention to detail
