Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct virtual comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' strengths, needs, and readiness for change.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups to address mental health challenges and promote recovery.

  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and addiction specialists, to coordinate integrated care tailored to each client's recovery plan.

  • Act as an advocate for clients, helping them access community resources and support services essential for holistic recovery.

  • Document client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes meticulously in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Engage in continuous professional development through participation in team meetings, case conferences, and training initiatives to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification, many of whom face complex mental health issues intertwined with substance use disorders. Your insights and interventions will significantly impact their recovery process, helping them transition into healthier lifestyles and improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
  • \n
  • Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.
  • \n
  • A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure clinical experience providing social work services.
  • \n
  • Proven ability in administering diagnostic assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.
  • \n
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for connecting with diverse populations and establishing trusted relationships.

  • A strong commitment to cultural competence, ethical practice, and social justice principles in your work.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience in substance use disorder treatment and familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

  • Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic health record systems for documentation and client management.

  • Previous experience engaging in team collaboration in integrated health care settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
