Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ individual strengths, challenges, and mental health needs.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver therapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, tailoring approaches to meet specific client goals.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure integrated and coordinated care.

• Advocate for the rights of clients, connecting them to community resources and support services that enhance their recovery process.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in electronic health record systems with accuracy and timeliness.

• Participate in case conferences and regular training sessions to continuously develop your professional skills and knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve range from adolescents to adults who present with various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Many clients may face socioeconomic challenges, and your role will be instrumental in helping them navigate these hurdles while promoting resilience and finding pathways to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge in clinical practices.

• Hold current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Have a minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services.

• Demonstrate proficiency in conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments and developing effective treatment plans.

• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, establishing rapport with diverse populations and fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
