Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your role will encompass a range of responsibilities aimed at supporting clients through their recovery journey:

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), focusing on tailored strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Monitor and track outcomes for clients, ensuring that progress is documented and adjusted as necessary in coordination with the treatment team.

• Provide evidence-based support and resources to families, empowering them to engage meaningfully in their loved one's care and development.

• Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching methodologies to enhance client learning experiences.

• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing social work practice in the context of addiction recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals undergoing detoxification and early stages of recovery. You will engage with families to address not just the clinical aspects of care, but also to provide emotional and psychological support during this critical time. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
