Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health and relational issues.

• Facilitate individual sessions and couple therapy, adapting techniques to meet the specific needs of each client or family unit.

• Develop and implement treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, tailoring interventions to support family dynamics.

• Address various concerns including, but not limited to, alcohol and substance abuse, behavioral conflicts, grief and loss, and adjustment issues related to separation or divorce.

• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to conduct remote sessions while ensuring a safe and confidential space for patients.

• Encourage open communication among family members to resolve conflicts, improve relationships, and facilitate healing.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health therapy and contribute to ongoing education initiatives and team meetings.
