Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that ensure a well-rounded understanding of clients’ mental health needs, personal strengths, and available support systems.

• Provide engaging individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of those in detox treatment.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to facilitate healing and growth.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that are responsive to clients’ evolving needs, incorporating clear therapeutic goals and intervention strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other members of our treatment team to craft integrated care strategies that address the full spectrum of client needs.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments, executing safety planning when necessary to ensure client welfare.

• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of clinical documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups that empower clients and build community connections.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide care to a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your work will be pivotal in guiding clients through their recovery journey, helping them build coping skills and resilience. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
