Work Environment

Our rehabilitation center offers a collaborative and stimulating environment where physical therapists (PT) work alongside skilled physical therapy assistants (PTA). Currently, our team consists of two physical therapists and one PTA, all dedicated to providing personalized care. The center is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation technology and tools, allowing for a broad range of treatment options tailored to individual patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patients' goals, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring each individual receives focused and personalized treatment.
• Create and implement tailored care plans that incorporate various therapeutic techniques aimed at enhancing mobility and overall patient well-being.
• Utilize cost-effective treatment options to facilitate improvements in range of motion, strength, and functionality.
• Help reduce patients' reliance on medications and explore alternative solutions to surgical interventions.
• Design individualized fitness and wellness programs to promote healthy lifestyles among patients.
• Motivate and support patients during their rehabilitation process, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient care.
• Document patient progress meticulously, including evaluation results, treatment provided, and outcomes achieved.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice focuses predominantly on orthopedic cases, catering to a diverse patient population that includes sports enthusiasts recovering from injuries, post-operative patients, and individuals seeking to improve their overall functionality after an injury or prolonged physical inactivity. Our commitment is to empower patients through tailored rehabilitation strategies that enhance their physical capabilities and overall health.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• At least one year of hands-on experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in sports rehabilitation and working with diverse age groups, particularly young athletes and active adults.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment interventions and advanced therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
