Administrative Assistant

Cotton Holdings

Administrative Assistant Cotton is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing several administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with Cotton personnel Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries Organize and/or assist with events and functions Assist with the preparation of business presentations including text, powerpoint and electronic presentations Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information. Prepare monthly expense reports Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents Uphold a strict level of confidentiality Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele Perform general administrative duties

MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL UP TO 30 DAYS AT A TIME

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Experience/Skillset: Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience Three to five years of administrative experience Three to five years of executive assistant experience Experience managing multiple calendars Experience booking travel Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties Professional level verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities Exceptional interpersonal skills Friendly and professional demeanor Disclaimer: This Job Description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent(s).
