Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Vera Healthcare Center, you will play a pivotal role in our clinical team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and therapeutic interventions with couples and individuals to address a variety of mental health issues.
\n
• Specializing in family dynamics to assess and intervene in cases including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, medical issues, blended family dynamics, and adjustments related to divorce.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that meet the specific needs and goals of each client.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in adherence to HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Engaging in ongoing training and professional development to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic methodologies.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care and improve overall clinic operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be expected to provide culturally competent care tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
